Segal’s for Children ships via UPS within 48 contiguous states. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground and will be delivered within 3 to 10 business days (depending on the destination). Please note that we are not set up to ship internationally.
When you place an order we will estimate shipping and delivery times based on item availability and your chosen shipping options. You can find these estimates in your e-mail order confirmation.
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed with a UPS tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the package yourself at www.ups.com.
Segal’s for Children will always do our best to ensure that your order arrives at its destination in a reasonable amount of time. Please be aware that factors beyond our control may delay the shipment (eg. weather, delivery error, computer malfunction, shipping schedules). Shipping costs depend upon the shipping method and option that you choose. Shipping costs are based and calculated on the dimensions and weight of any such item. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies used, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Flat rate or free shipping promotions are only available to delivery addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. These promotions only apply to standard/ground shipments.

All transactions are completed on our secure server and data is transferred back and forth between your computer and our site in an encrypted format. Processing and encryption services are provided by Authorize.Net. More detailed information is available at their website.

Certain manufacturers institute a Minimum Authorized Price, or "MAP" Policy. This is the minimum price that the manufacturer allows the product to be listed and purchased on our website.
Discount will be applied to qualifying items only. Discount does not apply to taxes, shipping and handling charges or any similar processing charges.
If discounted merchandise is returned, the discount will be first deducted from the value of the returned item prior to a refund/credit being issued.
Discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offer nor can it be applied to previous purchases or gift certificates.
Discount is valid only on in-stock merchandise.
